Early Childhood Education

Mental Health Services
Division of Prevention and Behavioral Health Services – The (DPBHS) is part of the Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families and provides a statewide continuum of prevention services, early intervention services, and mental health and substance abuse (behavioral health) treatment programs for children and youth.
